- Click on the "Create Meeting" from left-hand navigation menu or from the navigation bar on the top.
- A three-step meeting creation popup will open up.
- Enter a title for the event in the title form field
- Add one or more participants by adding their email address in the designated field. Meeting participants can be members (Skeding users) or non-members (which are not Skeding users). If the participant you want to add is saved in your contacts they will appear in the dropdown menu.
- Specify the duration of the event (e.g. 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes or a custom duration)
- (Optional) Set a start time of the recommended time slots in increments of 15 minutes (e.g. 00, 15, 30, 45)
- Set a location for the event (physical location, phone number, or online meeting app)
- (Optional) Add meeting details and attachments
- (Optional) Set the event to repeat daily, weekly, on weekdays, monthly, or annually
9. In the second step, meeting type will be detected based on the participants' preferences.
9. For the third step, choose a time and date for the meeting from the recommended slots highlighted in green (optimal day), yellow (moderate day), and red (busy day).
9. Check the mutually available time slots generated based on the duration and participants' schedules
10. Select a time slot from the recommended options or the calendar (select one slot if all participants are Skeding members, 3-5 slots if one participant is not a Skeding member, or your availability for 3-15 days if more than one participant is not a Skeding member)
11. Once the time slot is selected, click "Create" to send a meeting invitation via email and Skeding notifications to all participants.
